Disc golf and outdoor events involve uneven ground, flying discs, weather, wildlife, physical exertion, traffic, and other ordinary park and sport hazards. Each participant chooses to participate, accepts those inherent risks, agrees to follow staff instructions and park rules, and will stop if they cannot participate safely. To the fullest extent Colorado law permits, each participant releases Disc Golf Church, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and the venue from claims arising from ordinary inherent risks, but not from conduct that cannot legally be released.

Adventure player-pool registrants who cannot be fairly paired receive a refund of their registration payment. Other withdrawals depend on notice, processing costs, and whether personalized or event-specific goods have been ordered. Player substitutions may be requested before check-in. No-shows and fulfilled items are not refundable. Disc Golf Church documents every approved change and refund.

Staff may delay, suspend, shorten, relocate, or modify play for weather, course conditions, emergencies, or public-safety needs. A delay, format change, or shortened event does not automatically create a refund. If Disc Golf Church cancels the entire event before play begins, staff will communicate the refund or credit process for unfulfilled registration and merchandise.

Players must treat participants, volunteers, park users, property, and the course with respect. Photography and video may occur in public park areas. A photo/video opt-out asks staff to make reasonable efforts to avoid identifiable close-ups or promotional features, but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental wide crowd scenes.

A parent or legal guardian must accept these terms for a participant under 18. Participants authorize staff to contact emergency services and the listed emergency contact when reasonably necessary.
