Round 1 · Singles

- You and your partner must play on different cards for Round 1.
- Check in to Round 1 in UDisc. Form a card of four individual players. A card of six may be approved by Tournament Central.
- Send one representative from your card to Tournament Central for a starting-hole assignment before heading onto the course.
- Go to your assigned hole. Listen for “Two minutes”, then “Play.” Do not begin before the start signal.
- Keep one event scorecard for the card in UDisc. Check every player's individual score together, finish the scorecard, and report back to Tournament Central.
Father Tom will record and combine the scores manually.
Round 2 · Partners together
No second Holy Hub check-in is needed. Watch the Round 1 UDisc event for Father Tom’s notification with the time to return.
- Rejoin your actual registered partner.
- Join one other two-player team to make a card of four.
- Send one representative to Tournament Central for your card and starting-hole assignment. Assignments are handled on paper.
- Play best-shot doubles together. Return your completed team score to Tournament Central.
Final total: Player A’s singles + Player B’s singles + team doubles. Father Tom will add the scores and announce the division winners.
